It's time for Brits abroad to stop worrying and start relaxing on their holidays, if a new survey is anything to go by.
According to research from American Express, one in three holidaymakers worry about returning to a burgled home, while another one in 20 said they fret about falling house prices.
Meanwhile, 32 per cent stress about putting on weight from overindulging abroad and others report spending their time in foreign climes considering whether or not their partner still loves them.
Sarah Harrison, director of American Express Travellers Cheques, said: "A holiday should be a time for rest and relaxation. However, as our research has shown, additional stresses and pressures of home are often difficult to leave behind."
